Coaching is something we do together
It is a relationship that we co-create to develop a safe, supportive and effective space to work from.
We have a shared responsibility to shape our work around your evolving goals, needs, and challenges as your journey unfolds and shifts. I guide, facilitate and respond to this.
It works a bit differently with every person I work with, which is a good thing, because everyone is a bit different and no one approach or structure fits all. So the way I work with you will be personalised.
You can expect to be deeply listened to, but also that there will be plenty of practical exercises that you can action and integrate outside of sessions. Some will be planned, others in response to whatever is live and you're working on right now.
It's my priority to continue to check in with you on what's working or not, any feedback or anything you'd like to do differently, and where we go next.

For ad hoc coaching sessions that you can book as and when you want support.
Often used as top ups for past clients who want to continue with lighter touch or maintenance support, or new clients who want a more 'go with the flow' or flexible approach to coaching.

A focused season of growth, creation & change; a re-set of your inner compass.
For challenges, questions and transitions that desire space for deeper exploration & experimentation, more hands-on support and holistic recalibration.
Longer and more spacious sessions, prioritised booking, homework & support for practicing, experimenting and integrating things between sessions, and an intentional pace.
Includes:
+ 1x 2hr deep dive kick off session
+ 6x 75-min coaching sessions
+ 1x 45-min follow up session (bookable up to 3 months later)
+ Reflective worksheets to open and close the journey
+ Consistent cadence of sessions every two weeks, with prioritised booking
+ Bespoke tools, methods, exercises and homework in and between each session
+ Access to between-session support via Whatsapp or email

+ 16x 75-min coaching sessions
+ 1x 45-min 'progress check' session
+ 1x 45-min follow up session (bookable up to 6 months later)
+ Sessions every 2 weeks to begin, with the option to change pace after the mid-point 'progress check' session

*All options can be paid in full or in monthly instalments.

I take on a limited number of clients to ensure you get the best quality of attention and focus from me. It is a committed investment, so please do so intentionally.

My work usually is a tailored blend of all these types of coaching, depending on your own unique goals, as I work holistically and integratively.
AVAILABILITY
Both Online and In-Person coaching sessions are available Monday - Friday.
My standard communication office hours are Mon, Weds and Fri, 10.00-16.00.
If you live in another time zone and need later afternoon sessions, please contact me and we can set something up.
I can usually begin working with you within 2-4 weeks.
BOOKING + PAYMENT policy
I invite you to book a recurring, consistent time so that you can schedule to protect time and space for sessions in your calendar. It also enables us to build a firm relationship of trust + ongoing support and maintains momentum for the work we do together.
Payment is taken up front or in monthly instalments.
If payment is not received on time, you may not be able to keep your bookings or your ability to book sessions will be paused.
RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATION policy
Sessions can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 48h in advance.
After that, there is 100€ fee (200€ for 2hr sessions). This is because I'll have booked private space, saved that time and my attention for you and won't have sufficient time to cancel the private space or offer it to someone else.

BTW (VAT)
Pricing is the base price + 21% BTW, meaning that 21% BTW will be added at purchase.
This excludes the intake session which price is shown incl. BTW.
BTW- and KVK-registered businesses can reclaim BTW and usually expense coaching against your business. For this, I will need your KVK and BTW numbers for my accounts and the invoice.
Employer coaching: LEARNING + DEVELOPMENT BUDGETS
If you are a full time employee, companies often have training + development budgets that you can investigate to cover part or all of the investment. Make use of it! Let me know if you need any advice or extra communication with this.
discounted coaching / PRO BONO WORK
Coaching is not the most accessible for many who would benefit from it. It's important to me to offer more accessible routes in where I can.
WORKSHOPS / GROUP COACHING: I sometimes offer various group coaching or workshops throughout the year, which are a lower price point per person. Keep your eye on the Events page or my Instagram to see these.
DISCOUNTED COACHING: I save a number of lower cost coaching places each year for people on low incomes, out of work, or in tricky situations. Please do get in touch with me if this is you, along with a bit of info about why you want to be coached and your feasible budget. I currently have 1 spot for Q3 2026.
PRO BONO: I also work with a couple of initiatives each year on a pro-bono basis e.g. volunteer coach on STAP-funded female entrepreneur scheme e.g. confidence workshops for teenagers. I am open for conversations regarding 2026.
